The first issue of Rue is out, and I have to say, the lovely ladies behind this new online mag did a fantastic job.  It's lovely to see what a few bloggers can do when they put their minds and passion together. Wow!

Hello Everyone it's Cali...So I bought this shirt thats incredibly cute at rue 21 (one of my favorite stores in the shopping mall). Its quite easy actually...This is what I used!.. 1.OPI's Panda-Monuim Pink 2. China Glaze Unplugged 3. China Glaze Platinum Silver 4. Konad nail stamper #M03 (I got mine at wowsocool . com) -Now if you dont have a nail stamper no worries! You can either paint a flower on your nail or use stickers (They sell nail art flower stickers at claires, sallys ect.
